Job Purpose:
Prepare engineering/coordination plans in CADD-Duct and CADD-Mech by Technical Sales International (TSI). The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial/commercial, healthcare or similar type facilities, specifically related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing / piping.

Duties:

· Prepare mechanical and plumbing coordination drawings working closely with pipefitters, sheet metal workers, engineers and designers

· Prepares 3D plans utilizing architectural backgrounds

· Coordinate MEP systems to facilitate duct and piping fabrication

· Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information

· Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading technical publications

Required/Recommended Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, CADD-Duct, CADD-Mech (by TSI), Mechanical Piping Systems, Mechanical HVAC Systems, Drafter/Designer.
