Our Service Department is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry as a Project Manager or Service Manager with the ability to manage and lead the service department. Must have experience with contract administration, forecasting manpower needs, acting as a liaison between project managers and the field technicians, a history of profitability in prior project management/service positions; leadership in construction safety; experience in the development of budget proposal estimates; excellent verbal and written skills; and possess people management skills. Additional responsibilities involve scheduling, billing and managing the work until complete.
