Documents are provided on RHMC's website for Subcontractor / Supplier's convience.  As such, RHMC does not warrant the quality of the Documents and does not warrant that such Documents are complete, free from defects, errors or inaccuracies.  RHMC will not be responsible for Subcontractor / Supplier's reliance on the Documents contained on the website.  Subcontractor / Supplier is not relieved of its obligation to review the complete set of Contract Documents for a particular project in order to verify that Subcontractor / Supplier understands its scope of work for the project.

RHMC does not warrant that the Documents contained on rhmcorp.com have been updated or revised in accorance with any addenda issued by the Project Architect, Engineer or General Contractor.  Again, Subcontractor is not relieved of its obligation to ensure that all documents are complete, accurate and have been updated.

RHMC does not warrant that the software contained on rhmcorp.com is compatible with any system of Subcontractor / Supplier and Subcontractor / Supplier understands that it is receiving /viewing the Documents at its own risk.  RHMC will not be responsible for any damage to Subcontractor / Supplier's computer systems and /or networks as a result of this use.

RHMC reserves the right to discontinue or limit the access to the Documents from RHMC's website any time.
