ROCK HILL MECHANICAL CORPORATION has been fabricating pipe and piping systems since it expanded into the HVAC piping arena in 1959. As our expertise grew into the process piping and plumbing fields, so did our market of providing fabricated pipe and piping systems. Not only does Rock Hill provide fabricated piping for our own projects and construction division, we have supplied fabricated pipe and piping systems to everyone from local shops and contractors to many of the largest and well known National and International Corporations.

RHMC has been and continues to be deeply involved in providing the expertise required for the design, fabrication and installation of critical mechanical systems.

RHMC's Team provides design, fabrication & installation services such as; specialized supply air and exhaust systems, critical and hazardous piping fabricated from special alloy metals, as well as, vessels, structural and support steel.

RHMC has Class 10,000 PPM Clean Room capabilities that can be done either in the shop or set up onsite.

RHMC has reduced the cost of projects across the country and internationally through the use of modularized and pre-assembled mechanical systems. By fabricating in a controlled off-site environment, better quality is ensured. A project's Critical Path can be fast-tracked by allowing parallel construction schedules to run simultaneously between the field and the fabrication shop. On-site manpower and crew sizes, as well as, craft expertise can be better managed due to the decreased amount of field work required.

Rock Hill Mechanical has provided fabricated Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, ChromeMoly, Inconel, AL6XN, Aluminum, Hastelloy, and Titanium piping, as well as extrucoated and jacketed pipe. Sizes have ranged from ½” to 36” and from schedule 5 thru schedule 160.
