Design-Build Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Development of HVAC Design from concept to drawing
- Design and plan layouts of duct, piping, and equipment
- Assist other departments (BIM, Estimating, Service) with engineering needs
- Assist with creating project schedules and budgets
- Maintains positive, working relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and other team members
Qualifications:
- PE License required
- 5+ years of experience with Mechanical Engineering Design, including HVAC Systems and Process Piping
- Experience with Hospital Design is preferred
- Proficiency in load calculations, system design, equipment/ductwork/piping layout and coordination with other trades
- Familiar with building codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills
