Job Requirements:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, etc.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify and resolve issues
  • Maintains positive, working relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and other team members
  • Advise management on all perceived risks to the successful completion of the project, and obtain decisions and approval from management on changes to project scope, design, schedule, and cost


  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, or similar combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and understanding of mechanical systems preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills
